We can’t afford to take more

      than the Earth can afford to give us.

 

Yet we ignore this profound and non-negotiable truth

every day, unwilling or too afraid to look it in the eye.

 

When my grandchildren ask

‘Now that you know this what will you do?’

 

‘Wake up. Live right.’

Is the only sane answer.
